Term Project
Out: October 13, 2017, Due: November 13, 2017
In this project, you are asked to integrate data from several Web-based databases. Each team (2
members) can choose to implement either GAV or LAV data integration algorithm. During the
implementation, you should consider the query capabilities of the local data sources. All the
data must be retrieved on demand from the online sources in real time. You are on the
wrong track if you store and retrieve the data locally.
On November 13, each of you should send me an email () to
evaluate the contribution of your team member in a scale of 0-10: 10 is the best and 0 no
contribution. You should tell me how you share the tasks in the project. On November 13, each
team will be given 8 minutes to present and demonstrate the project in my office.
Deliverables (reports and presentation slides must be typed):

Including: (a) technical detail: global schema, source capability template, etc. (b) user
interface. (c) can and can not. (d) future work/Improvement.
